how often do you work up to a heavy single on what % of your max do you go.
for instance, i do a heavy single every 4 weeks , yesterday i did 255 fairly easily (my max is aprox 300) is this right?
I believe that they suggest taking an 80% and a 90% of your 1RM from time to time...
I've been doing something different though. Instead of doing 8 sets on my box squats...I've only been doing 6. Then I do 2 sets of 5 or two sets of 3 or two singles...I rotate between them.
