What I've done before is 1 day I just completely revamp my life with a good diet. Training. Sleep and supps. By feb 1st I should be looking awoke and sculpted.
Homemade humus and pita chips is a good healthy snack. Not low calorie though. Melt low fat cheese on whole wheat melba toast or melt low fat cheese in a low carb/low calorie wrap with salsa.
Beef jerky, but its high in sodium so you have to watch your intake of it in other meals. Mixed nuts, cottage cheese, wheat thin crackers(not the best, but decent), spoon of peanut butter.
