Healthy snacks

Sweet. I'm starting up hardcore again. I've been fighting a wrist tendon injury and case of laziness.

I'm clearing out all the crappy condiments. High sodium shit and frozen meals.

I need to cut soda to.
What I've done before is 1 day I just completely revamp my life with a good diet. Training. Sleep and supps. By feb 1st I should be looking awoke and sculpted.

Might do a 5x5. That's new to me:(
 
Homemade humus and pita chips is a good healthy snack. Not low calorie though. Melt low fat cheese on whole wheat melba toast or melt low fat cheese in a low carb/low calorie wrap with salsa.

What do you consider to be healthy, in terms of chips? In terms of foods?

There are a lot of options out there chip wise. There are baked chips made from popcorn, beans, potatoes, vegetables, etc...

It all depends on what you deem as healthy.

Fruits and vegetables are a healthy snack. Walnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, dry roasted edamame, etc...
