1. Nature Trail makes a variety of crunchy granola bars that are delicious. I don't know if you have a jones for something salty (potato chips). If so they make a salty peanut granola bar as well.

2. Mrs. Dash seasoning for chicken...also it has no sodium

There are a bunch of healthy ALTERNATIVES for potato chips, but if you are trying to eat clean I'd eat them sparingly. I can't recall what they are called as I have no other carb sources in my house besides oats, yams, and maltodextrin :X

And as for chicken..yea mrs. dash seasoning is a good choice. There are tons of great flavors of it and it tastes really good. Hot sauce, low carb bbq or ketchup can great as well.

1. corn chips & guacamole. this chip brand is awesome, and i used to see it in a variety of grocery stores back home:

and if you know how to make good guacamole, that's really as good as it gets. vidalia onions are the best for guac in my opinion, alongside tomatoes, a dash of cilantro (optional), lime juice, and coarse sea salt. i gotta stop this is making me nostalgiac.

2. sure. here's a recipe i use quite often. fry plain one egg omelette, dice it up into small cubes and set it aside. chop up an assortment of veggies - broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, scallions, vidalia onions, whatever your heart desires. stir fry the veggies along with the chicken (cut into small pieces) in a light amount of sesame oil. when it's finished, pour another tablespoon of sesame oil into the pan. chuck in an ample amount of leftover rice, as well as the diced up egg. add some soy sauce to taste, which helps break up the rice (if you use a sticky glutinous variety). toss around for 4-5 minutes and you've got a damn good khao pad gai.

It's deff not chips, but if you are just looking for something crunchy..

I kinda make my own trail mix

Whole almonds, dried cranberries, walnuts, flax seeds.

Sounds kinda boring but is really good and satisfying.

I eat a handful, or sprinkle a little over plain yogurt.

I second that. Nuts, berries and seeds in general are a great snack and highly nutritious. Becareful of packaged trailmix as they sometimes have added sugar, salt or unhealthy oils. Nuts and seeds are high in fat, and therefore calories, but generally the types of fats are good. Most people don't get enough good fats anyway.

If you are just looking for something to snack on infront of the TV, stick with celery sticks and carrots.

popcron for everything %)
cooked without butter

less calories than vegetables, and it seems i'm too lazy to cook/buy anything else lol

and so you add diff indian spices and good rock salt (or even better - pink salt, also a rock type)

best to make spicy powder with salt, spices and herbs + it can be mixed with some flour to use less salt in real

awww.....those are my fav snacks
