NEVER hold it under your tongue... its generally suspended in grain alcohol... thats literally the worst thing you could do... just take it straight down

Just an update, they sent me some replacement bottles and they were not opened by customs. I think this whole thing was just a misunderstanding, I can say that they are definitely reasonable people and good on their word.
