if you are looking to bang a guy all night then take 5 caps 1 hour prior

if you are looking to get general benefits then split the dosage AM/PM

It is a natural herbal supplement so it wont hurt you to take the full dose and it certainly won't make a difference when you take it. I would just do 5 caps per day.
