[Angellico]

The size of these pills make me feel like imma choke on em lol

Does anyone actually swallow these bad boys whole, or do you chew it with food?

Mouth full of water tilt your head back and relax an shoot. I take 4 that are the same size as ES, like fucking horse vitamins. I have choked a few times taking too many at once.

Damn it I just realized how gay that post sounded lol

[Shrine1]

Lol.. I usually take all my vitamins and pills at once. My wife be tripping and cause she hates the sound of me pouring them in all in.

Yeah, they are big but it's really not hard to swallow them whole one or two at a time.

[stevesmi]

i put them in my mouth and go one at a time.. its a skill like chewing on sunflower seeds.

learned it riding the bench when i played soccer bad in the day

[Brapbrap07]

Wet the vitamins in your mouth and pretend its food.. I use to take lame animaln pak in one gulp

learn and apply

[WolfpackAlpha]

Suck it up bro and drink it up.

[chadgreever]

lol, you gotta practice man. I used to take the Animal Pack way back - entire pack in one go. Dessicated liver? 6 big, stinky pills in a single mouthful.

[Shrine1]

You swallow peices of steak bigger then any pill you have ever had.. easy. Ill tackle a gazelle and eat that shit right on the spot. Big ass chunks

when there's the amount of ingredients that a product as strong as ES is, they have to be that big!
