been a fat ass on and off my whole life, classic endomorph. Only thing that ever worked for me, without turning me into a sniveling weakling, is pure low carb/ high fat. Lots of bacon, eggs, ground beef, chicken wings, etc.... with a multi-vitamin and fish oil 2 times ED. The closer I get to 20 carbs or less ED, the better I do. You can drink, but only diet coke and liquor, some will say white liquor, but it depends. Real aged liquor turns brown because it is aged in oak casks. This kind of "brown" liquor is fine. What isn't fine is the cheap stuff that is brown or gold because caramel has been added to it. You are, of course, better off just not drinking at all. And obviously, if I were taking any supplement, other than straight Test E, I would not touch liquor. And even then, not more than 2-3 drinks a week.
I'm going to try the 7 day carb diet next time. I've never been able to take that last ring of fat off my belly, even with insane low carb diet and 45 min cardio ED. So I gave up on that, but I'm a lifter not a body builder so I was never that worried about it. I'm looking forward to the 7 day diet because it does let you eat carbs 1 evening each week.
