Well, I worked there for 3 years. At first I was hired on as a billing rep. Handle disputes, customer service, blah,blah.
After a year, I got off the phones and became a trainer... teaching new employee's how to use the intranet and ordering system. Bitches EVERYWHERE.

But... at the time I was with my daughter's mom so I couldn't do shit. Now I'm a free man and work with granny's. Life does have a sick sense of humor.

What do you do for WorldCom, besides check out the hottie's?

I've been here for 5 years. I'm a test engineer.. I trouble shoot circuit problems..NO billing disputes, thank god!! The billing dept catches hell from the customers!
