What do y'all do for abs? I got one of those "ab wheel" thingers - just a plastic wheel with a rod thru it. Seems to be treating my abs nicely. Also do weighted situps on a decline bench. But no matter what I do, my lower two abs never pop out. I know diet plays a huge role in this, and I guess because of that I'll always have a measly semi-4-pack. I've been eating clean, but eating a boatload of clean trying to bulk a bit. My lower abs love to retain fat.
