yes... yes I did, actually i'd witnessed said abs before but never the depth and thickness and leaness that I witnessed for my comps. I was quite taken aback at how simple diet and depletion would take my body to a place that it had never gone before. I did it mostly alone but I hand out my hand to Sassy and QuadSweepsSister for the time they spent helping me over and over again, answering all my pms and such.
In the end, You can have someone write it out for you in bold red, hour by hour but if you don't do it yourself than no one will and you won't accomplish that goal you set forth to accomplish.
doesn't matter how damn good the trainer is, how damn good the person that prepares your diet is... CAN YOU DO IT? that is the question! And that is the question I ask my chicks and gals that I train. I can guide them, give them info, steer them in the right direction... but I can't make them do anything. THEY HAVE TO WANT IT.
