My motivation has digged itself down Deep deep deep.
This night I ate Lots of crap while GF was sleeping. 1 litre Ben n Jerry, aprox 100grams 28% fat butter, 200g 17% fat cheese, 200g chocolate, 1 whole bread and probably more.. Feeling so fucking sad and bad, no1 knows either, not coach, not GF..
Today is 16th and contest is at 22th Nov.
Been drinking Lots of water, taken 1 extra Letrozole 2,5mg (on 2,5mg a day, so 5mg today)
Then I have a box with different pills from coach for dropping waterweight.
Come on, help me, give me some advice, I feel So fucking bad, can't tell him all this..
