Have done my share of Juice, now for CLEN

Been awhile since I've done anything. Have done Sust, Equ, cyp and var in different cycles. Now just looking burn some fat.

Want to do the minimal dosage, I'm sure it will work great for me since I burn fat pretty well when I do cardio anyway.

What do you guys think for a Clen cycle? I cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off right? What about the dosge?

2 weeks on 2 off.... start at 40 mcg's and increase dosage up slowly up to a dose that u can handle (up to 120mcgs). be sure to get taurine and supplement with potassium also. i am on it now and the jitters are fun :) u can add some T-rex during the time off phase

so thats 6 weeks worth of clen I am actually using?

Or is it 10 weeks worth of clen? (2 weeks on and off for 20 weeks) ??

Yea 6 weeks total for the clen. Add trex for the 2 off week's and use taurine. I didn't at first and the cramps were horrible. It was along 2 day's waiting for the package from the af store.
 
I go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with 150mcg's a day. Your tolerance will be different than mine though, adjust it slowly and see how you feel.

How do you deal with those clen headaches bro I simply cant tolerate those damn they suck for me.

I honestly don't have a problem with them, I guess I'm just a lucky one in that regard.

I'm going to assume you're an average guy (200lbs. +/-) but your stats would help, usually it goes like this:

2 weeks on:
Day 1-6: 20mcg
Day 7-9: 40mcg
Day 10-14: 60mcg

2 weeks off:
you whatever you want off, AF store is good, check out NYC etc...

2 weeks on:
Day 1-5: 30mcg
Day 6-10: 50mcg
Day 11-14: 80mcg (IF you can handle it, if not stick to 60-70 range)

2 weeks off:
* above

repeat for about 6 weeks total.

I personally don't go over 100mcg, I have tried before, it's a bit much. Usually, with clen either you are CNS responsive or not, some people can take 20,000mcg and go to sleep, some take 20mcg and are hyper as hell. So guage your dosages on your response rate/time etc... your body is the BEST tool for you to know the right dosages, not me or anyone else. As you progress with clen and other product use, just as with AS, you will be able to feel what's right for you.
