Hate It When Weight Stalls

Everytime I don't go to work (I go like 3 times a week out of the 7 days) I go on such a hot streak with my bulking cycle and can gain 2 pounds a day by eating like a horse and drinking water like a horse.

But when I go to work in the day it's like my when I come home the weight will be the exact same and it frustrates the hell out of me because I want to keep gaining weight. Actually it even goes down by half a pound and I'm on fucking dbol.

I drink water at work the same amount I do at home but I think the problem is not eating as much. BUT before I go to work I will eat 4 meals.

It pisses me off royally and frustrates the hell out of me. Hopefully today since there is no work I can gain some weight, don't have to go until next Friday.

is it possible to bring food with you? to be honest, my cutting cycles are more hardcore then my bulking cycles. my bulking cycles are usually just test @ 350-500mg ew, its all about eating. my cutting, i add more compounds because i dont want to lose too much muscle. but back to your mass gain, you gotta eat all day, eat when you wake up, eat before you workout, eat as soon as your done, eat dinner, throw some shakes in between those meals, eat every 2 hours, big portions, carbs and proteins, once your done with your meal, slam another shake down or take a big tbsp of peanut butter and wash it down with water. have a shake for when you wake up in the middle of the night. this is the truth, your not gonna feel comfortable at times but you gotta eat regardless. lift heavy, reps of 4-8, take a few minutes between sets. i know people who refuse to do anything active when they are tring to bulk, theyre scared of burning a few calories, dont be like that, youll end up a lazy fat ass. i went from 130 ripped to a 173 with all abs still showing. eat 6-10 meals a day but remember this, EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, REST LONG, and dont worry too much about how much deca tren and anadrols to stack with your test.
 
Whats your cycle look like right now?

Week 1 was:

Dbol 100mg/day
Test E 500mg/week
Deca 600mg/week (it's deca300)

Week 2 was the same but Dbol went down to 50mg a day (I jumpstarted the dbol at a high dose).

I have gotten definitely satisfying gains so far, in fact insane ones. But I want to gain weight absolutely every day and when I don't it frustrates the hell out of me. I really do blame work because when I don't have days at work I gain at least 2 pounds a day.

Yeah great advice I have been eating 5-6 meals a day and eat till I drop but I'll try going to ten like you recommend. It's all about how much you eat/drink in a bulking cycle.

The thing is though I work in a restaurant so there's no excuse for eating. True I'm always busy but I have a big ass pasta or big ass steak before I end the 5 hour shift then I wake up in the morning and my weight is the same. Annoying...

I'll bump up my protein shakes as well too, I have a big one once a day.

With a deca and test cycle only I went from 193 to 226 in ten weeks. I have just started using the dbol last Friday I started and I am already at 234 but that's not satisfying enough.

come on bro, 41 pounds isnt enough? id be happy to put on 20 pounds. if you want to gain weight everyday, then im guessing you plan on gaining alot of FAT. muscle needs time to rebuild itself. if youre gaining 2 pounds a day, thats 14 pounds a week. how much of that 14 pounds do you think is muscle? dont forget, this is also all in 1 WEEK. its called body "BUILDING". you cant just go out and buy it, you have to BUILD it. all these pro ifbb bodybuilders are in their 30s and theyve been working out since teens to early 20's. it take about 10 years to fully develope what your supposed to look like. just my opinion.

Oh I do build it bro trust me this isn't all fat I can send you a picture or something and assure you I'm not fat or just buying my muscles.

I work out everyday for at least an hour and go to the gym 4-5 times a week (I have my own dungbells/bench press at my home and I do that two days a week when not in the gym).

Yeah you are right about the last part. But I want to be insanely big not skinny my whole life. I look bouncer big now I want to look Brock Lesnar big.
 
its not about lbs. use the mirror as a guide, not the scale.

I wouldn't weigh yourself daily or even weekly, just eat well and keep growing. :)

kinda find that hard to beleive tbh matey.
 
Snack on nuts throughout the day.

Eat a can of olives a day.

Drink 3 servings of BIG BLAST a day.

The numbers will go up, believe me.
 
weight can fluctuate 8 pounds a day up or down on water intake alone. dbol causes alot of water retention. watch your bp. you dont sound like youre taking a safe approach to weight gain. your cycle is going to cause major bloat weight. dont believe the scale.

I am like 22 now and I first used steroids when I was 17.

you are "like" 22? you dont seem so sure about your age bro. i don't know what you want to hear. do you want me to tell you to add some more deca and tren, and a few a-bombs a day? if youve been doing this for 6 years like you say, you should know a little more about gear, training and diet. im not doubting that youre not a fat 234 pound guy, but from 130 pounds to 234 pounds, thats over a 100 pound gain, and youre saying your weight stalls? every person has a limit. i gaurantee your natural limit was not 130 pounds but whats done is done. steroids willl help you go past your natural limits but its NOT a never-ending road. even steroids have limits of how far it can take you.

Okay I'm starting to get mega pissed here.

I started my cycle a week or so ago (last Friday).

My weight was soaring at 100mg/day dbol. I lowered it this week (on Friday) to 50mg/day and my weight has been fucking stalling at 237 for two or three fucking days!

I am starting to scream and can't control it I'm so pissed! My weight would go up to like 239 yesterday I would eat and drink so much but overnight it gets lowered again! WTF!

I punched a whole in the wall I was so upset. I do not know what the fuck is going on, the dbol is making me strong it made me gain so much weight now for some fucking reason it's stalling and making me lose like .4 pounds a day even though yesterday it said 239 after I had a shitload of food!!!!!!
 
I feel ya bro. The scale is a frustrating thing for us fellas trying to gain weight. Its very misleading too.

If you have a physical job where you are very active, i.e. walking or lifting things all day then you are burning lots of cals at work which is sort of counter productive if you are trying to gain.

When I had a desk job I sat on my ass and drank protein drinks all day and I gained like 20lbs but I looked like a water balloon. Now that things are different I struggle with the weight gain as well.

The best thing guys in our situation can do is to keep our cals and protein very high even at work. Basically, don't let your cals and protein suffer just because you're at work. Bring your shakes to work and put them in the fridge, eat high calorie, clean foods at work, and lift very heavy. Don't ever do more than 8 reps of anything, except abs. Don't do cardio at all if you are bulking. Do not be afraid to put on a little fat either. You can always burn fat with cardio when you come off later.
 
So you started juicing when your 17, you had barely trained, and you rage and punch holes in the wall because you didn't gain weight overnight? your not exactly a model AAS user are you?

Please answer the questions people are asking you such as your ACTUAL age/height. Your training history/routine/diet. The more information you give the more help we can give. And for god sakes dont punch holes in walls because you sweat out a pound
 
if there is any reason aas will not be made legal for along time, its because of people who react like this when they take them.

get yourself together and try and act way more mature than you did. i would be completely embarrassed if i acted like that because of alittle water weight.
