Has anyone tried Protein Gusto Pancake?

Has anyone tried Protein Gusto Pancake? The brand is BioTech USA. Supposed to be great meal for those dieting and who want something tasty. Will it be better than the pancakes I can make at home with whey protein?

I have checked the nutritional values, and this thing has like 30 grams of carbs vs 50 grams of protein. And 380 calories. So I don't know...as a cheat meal, perhaps it will do, but definitely not something that could be eaten on a regular basis.

What about pancakes made at home with whey protein - are those fine to eat?

Any home made recipe will be WAY better then anything store bought.

Check out this recipe for blueberry protein pancakes

1 cup blueberries
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
