Has anyone tried making chicken breast loaf?

Has anyone tried making chicken loaf made of ground chicken breast, bread crumbs, spices, and 1 egg? How did it turn out? Will it be too dry because there's no oil in this recipe?

I have never tried it. I always make mine with gr. turkey, but maybe you could cover it and then uncover it half way through?

beef tastes way better and is far more anabolic. chicken was nasty, had to drown it with kc bbq

I can't imagine that not being dry as hell. I would go with lean beef.
