All,
Im wondering if anybody out there has tried active release technique (ART) to heal an injury? If so, Id like to hear your experience on this matter. Good, bad, get it, forget it kinda stuff.
Ive heard great success stories about the technique but one never know how factual these accounts are. I have an imbalance in my shoulders and kinda at my wits ends so Im thinking about ART. I hurt my shoulder awhile back...the injury healed but things dont align properly from shoulder to shoulder and they rotate on different planes so benching has been out of the question. db are an option but they dont distract from the imbalance problem.
peace out
