I understand that a lot of women deal with PMS or some such but ... what gets me is they won't try tweaking their diet or supplements before saying, "that's it, gimme a pill, I ain't having no more periods."
To me there has to be a reason. It's not natural that we should be suffering, so there has to be a CAUSE for the suffering and that cause is not a BC pill deficiency. Just like headaches and migraine headaches. When I tell people that we don't suffer from aspirin or ibuprofen deficiencies that are causing headaches they think I'm crazy. But I'm convinced that headaches are caused by toxins, period, nothing else. If you're consuming a food/beverage that you have a low grade allergy/intolerance to you will get the same effect as if you consumed a toxin. Using myself as an example, I used to get daily headaches and periodic migraine headaches. Quitting smoking eliminated the daily headaches, then I found out I was gluten intolerant and cut gluten out and haven't had a skull cracking migraine since.
