When I was about 15 I messed around with a second cousin all summer. Everything but the deed. I think I'd only actually met her once. When I was 12ish, a Mennonite(sorta Amish) 2nd or 3rd cousin was pushing my butons pretty hard. They were always trying to get fresher blood in their family tree.
Since you can't help who you fall in love with, I think anything past 1st cousin would be fair game. Maybe weird, but you live for yourself, not what everyone else thinks.

I have an older brother. My Mom married this dude with two daughters roughly the same age as us. The girls lived with their mom, but came to visit on the weekends. When I was 16 and my older bro 19 we were CONSTANTLY tapping our step counterparts. The crazy part was, eventually, we SWITCHED. I was banging the older one and started banging the younger one. We are all married now (seperately!!) and share laughs about it in secret!! Easily the hottest thing...minus being where my brother was.

The chances of deformities being caused by a child born of two first cousins is very very rare. The changes of a brother/sister is even pretty rare. Its when you get a 2nd generation of inbreeding where the problems start.
