Davs,
Arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor. Nolvadex competes directly at the receptor sites.
I would need to know specifically if this question pertains to being on or off cycle. Either way, the cost out weighs the benefits.
There are basically two types of gyno that people get. One is the glandular version we are speaking of and the other is the tissue based type that Georgie is experiencing. Sometimes it's a combination of both. Also, his situation is more genetic. He had mentioned that he had a mild case when he was going through puberty. This is not uncommon and I feel for the brother.
A lot of people trip out sometimes when they even hear the word Gyno. This is the main test that most of me and my friends use. Lift you arm up above your head like you are gonna smell your arm pits. Then look to see if the nipple is portruding or puffy. If it is then you have gyno. Otherwise, if it's not clearly visible, then you don't. Also, if you nipples are slightly puffy but then completely tightens up when erect, you don't have gyno.
