Has any one tried the protein pwder they sell at Cosco.

I've been living off the costoco protein powder and some broccoli for the last year. Being a poor college student rocks

i got vanilla anyone know some way to make these taste good i tried milk but it doesnt really mix in too well. Ive done protein shakes but those take a long time and are very powdery

finally a question i know something about! i have the costco brand i got vanilla...the taste is whatever...the thing i don't like is only 22g protein per scoop...but i guess that's ok since you can just use more than 1 scoop :verygood: but anyways kian this is the breakdown:

1 serving: 1 scoop

calories: 120 fat cal: 15
total fat: 1.5g
saturated fat: 1g :worried:
cholesterol: 39mg
total carbs: 4g
dietary fiber: 0g
sugars: less than 1g
protein: 22g
sodium: 55mg
potassium: 170 mg

contains: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate

but gym...i am very picky with tastes...and it's drinkable so i would consider it...doesn't taste that great with water...i've tasted worse though :verygood:

I think it tastes good... with milk (I can only handle fruit-flavored whey w/water or it comes right back out). More mild than the EAS I have now (which is the same price, at Sam's Club). I've used that whey at Costco for quite some time and it seems as good as any. 22g/scoop is low for a whey powder? The EAS I have is 22 as well, and my roommate's ON is 24.
