Thanks everyone. This has been my worst bday so I prolly won't be around for awhile. On the way to work, I rcvd a call that my mom had a heart attack. I've been at the hospital all day. During the course of the day, her brain has been w/o oxygen for at least 20 minutes, and her heart stopped completely 4 times while I was there. The dr's say be hopeful, but I'm being realistic now. Hurting, but trying to stay strong. It could be a few minutes, or a few hrs. Keep me in your thoughts everyone.

Omg Necia! Thats horrible. Have faith sweetheart. Your a strong woman and you know it took a strong woman to raise a strong woman. Please keep us posted.

So sorry to hear what you and your family are going thru. I hope all is well , and will send out my positive thoughts and energy for a speedy recovery with no side effects. :heart:

I’ve tried calling you a few times since we last spoke on Saturday. I emailed you as well, please email me or call me when you have the time.

Your in my thoughts and in my prayers on a daily basis. Keep your head up sweetie!
 
Thanks everyone for your kind words and prayers. As it stands right now, my mom is on full life support with a significant amount of brain damage. Her chances of survival or slim to none. My family and I are figuring out now when to pull the plug. It hurts sooooooooo much, but I'm trying my hardest not to break down. My eating has been so screwy, but I yearn to get back into the gym and try for some normalcy. I'm eating the wrong foods, and I'm not eating nearly enough. I'll be so happy when other certain aspects of my life return back to normal. It won't be the same without my mom, but I gotta keep living, she would've wanted that.
