hand injury question

about a month and half ago being drunk I punched a wooden door and I hurt my hand, the pain wasn't intense the days after I thought it wasn't serious, after 45 days I have the same pain and when I lift something it hurts even more , can a simple inury hurts for thah long? when I used my computer mouse the pains gets worst, what's going on?

You've answered your own question - it's injured. Heck, you may have broken a knuckle. Go see a doc, get an xray.
