i just have to say that i had 2 shoulder surgerys in the 16 months i had a torn rotator cuff, torn labrim, and my shoulder could not stay in the socket for anthing. after my first shoulder sugery i had a arthoscopic surgery and capsule shrinkage. That surgery was total shit the pins in my shoulder popped off in the like 2 weeks and fucked up my whole range of motion completely, i couldnt externally rotate my arm at all. so my doctor did a open shoulder sugery to fix it, he did the Bankcart procedure. That helped some what but i still dont have full range of motion in my arm. its been about 8 months since my last surgery and im entering into a powerlifting meet (bench Press).
One of the problems is that the arm that did not have surgery is longer than the other one(about a 1/4 ince) so i have some trouble taking the bar off the racks, not so much a big problem but a little problem.I also cant do anything over the head with the arm i had surgery on it just doesnt move that way anymore, so my shoulder workputs are pretty shitty cause i can only do laterl raises. i have also noticed that my other arm is starting to get sore from workouts, i think the my other rotator cuff is haveing a lot of stress put on it cause of the shorter arm? im wondering do you think that shoulder are is going to have a lot of stress put on them once i put a bench shirt on????
Besides that i have to get another surgery done at Harvard Medical hospital to fix the fuck up my doctor did on my arm? do you guys think i might have a malpractice suit against him because of this?? Also the arm that i had surgery on sometime turns purple, when i workout. i have lots of questions??? anyone one who could help me out would be greatly appreciated
