Well, as many of you know, around in November I began deadlifting. I never could feel it before, but now it slams my whole back. It was just a matter of using more weight. Well, in December I had a little squatting accident (long story, if you want to know just ask) and I dropped weight from 187 to around 163 or so now. It was terrible. Well, regardless, I couldnt lift, or do alot of things like eat or drive very well. Anyway, when I started deadlifting, I could do 4 sets of 225 and then 275 for about 7. I could do that at a weight of 187. Now, since a few weeks ago when I got back into the swing. I've been deadlifting, but not that heavy since I've recovered. Well today I said screw it, lets see what I've got. So 3 sets of 225 pretty easy, then 8 at 275, thinking thats strange, I've lost around 25 pounds and I'm still doing it. Then I went 315 for 4!!!! I've lost 25 pounds and I'm setting a new PR!! Crazy!! Is that a decent pull for my weight now? I see alot of what guys on here pull, and I dont come close to some of those, but I've only been deadlifting for 2 months. I'm not sure if I'm progressing very well. Is that decent progress? I think I should be doing more, so lets see what I can lift next week.
