i have recently started doing a serious h2o load prior to my work out drinking like a litre and a half of water. I have found that i feel fuller during my workout feels like a creatine pump.
i wonder if there is anyone who has tried this form of loading. It works for me.
no joke - I think water is the best supplement out there!!
I never used to drink water like I do now - and I honestly believe that all the h20 I suck back has lead to greater gains than any supplement I've ever wasted my money on....
I am never without a bottle of water - sure you pee alot more - but it's a small price to pay....
I've actually heard that a huge percentage of the population walks around all day in varying stages of dehydration....
First sign of dehydration is thirst. So if you feel thirsty you're already dehydrated. And yes you do pee a lot more and at times i gotta use the bathroom every hour on the dot, but i do feel gains are better when i drink boat loads of water.
