Some history, I was always heavy as a child. When I say heavy.... 10lbs at birth, easily 30-40lbs all though elementary/middle school, maxed at around 240 @ 5'10 in the 9th grade. Gradually lost weight though high school and got down to around 210 by the time i graduated. Never played sports, never worked out, just pure fat...
18-19 hovered around the 210-215 mark, 20-21 started to workout here and here dropped down to the low 200's. 22 finally hit the 190's. 23-24 got down to high 170's low 180's and working on a very slow bulk right now.
ALWAYS had a fat chest as a child, to the point that even my uncle would tease me, so now I am sitting at around 9.8-10.2% bf but still feels as if I am hold tons of fat around my chest. Is it childhood gyno? just fat? what?
