Gyno and Nolvadex

Im taking Deca 300mg/week and susts at 500/wk and winny at 50mg/EOD and i got gyno. Now im taking Nolv at 40mg ED i dont think my nips are getting any bigger but they still hurt and the bumps under the nips arent gone yet? You think it could be deca gyno? Or i just need to give it a little more time? Ive been taking Nolv for 5 days now.

sorry bro, i wish it was that easy but its not. nolva does not get rid of gyno it only helps to prevent it. you could take all the nolva you want but it wont help them lumps go away.

im not talking about the fat im talking about the glands, ive been told by a lot of people it gets the glands back down to normal size when it starts working but the fat tissue is there to stay

Sorry bro, that's the part of the dilemma with Deca is that Winny is not a 100% blocker of progestin effects, so you cannot rule out that the gyno is not progesterone induced (in which case the Nolva is useless). However, it is much more likely that it is estrogenic since you used winny and it doesn't sound like you had an aromatase inhibitor as part of your cycle.

If gynecomastia has set in, only surgery will rid you of it. Using an aromatase inhibitor now like Arimidex along with the Nolvadex can help with the symptoms but is not a cure if you waited too long.

when they do surgery can they take the gland out also so that you wont ever get gyno again?
Yes. But you may want to try using arimidex/nolvadex before running to a surgeon---it may not be too bad.

I have lumps since a couple of years back from either Anavar or primobolan. I am now on hgh, can that make them grow again?

2nd: If I start a nolva cycle now will it help reducing the gyno even if not getting rid of it completely?

Went to a surgeon who said he would not take the lumps away at first since this could result in a "hole" behind the nipple and leave a funny looking chest the other way around. They would suck out the fat first and then remove lumps if necessary by a second surgery. Anyone had this "hole" problem after surgery?

I will go to do surgery in a few months but would like to get rid of the lump as much as possible before if possible? Is there anything else but nolva. Is there any point doing a nolva cycle?
