So I let myself get to 14% bodyfat and I'm taking the next 2 months to slim down before I run my summer stack. I'm going with board sponsors on most of the stuff and am still looking to acquire my AAS.

Here is the layout:

Weeks 1-4*
GW-501516 from www.sarms1.com
Peptide blend (Mod GRF 1-29 and GHRP-2)
LiquiAlbut from www.ag-guys.com
Saffron Extract
*The goal is to utilize the GW in synergy with the ghrp-2 and perform 30 minutes of fasted cardio per day. Both melt fat but using GHRP-2 with a pulse extender like Mod will give you a longer gh pulse than normal and will dump fatty acids in the bloodstream while the GW uses those same fatty acids as energy. Using the Liqui-Albut will utilize an obviously much different pathway for fat burning and will add extra cut to the equation. The Saffron Extract is taken side by side with the peptides in order to suppress appetite as GHRP-2 does increase appetite, though not as aggressive as GHRP-6 or Hexarelin. Fasted cardio of 30 minutes will be performed 7 days a week for the 1st month. I will perform anaerobic exercises in the afternoon.

I've never ran Tren E or Primo so I'm looking forward to either one of them. Also looking at using the OxandroVar as a kicker.

I'm actually kicking off the AAS with oxandrovar. Considering finishing with halo.
 
Day 3: Off Day
Day 4: Leg Day.

I love leg day. Did 3 sets of squats, 4 sets of presses, 3 sets of calf burners, 3 sets of hamstring curls. I'm going to switch my leg day to Sunday starting this weekend. Felt great endurance when performing. Diet has been lighter than what I typically eat. Prepping 6 pounds of chicken and baking sweat potato fries today.

Day 5
Woke up, took some ghrp-2, GRF 1-29 and some GW. Did my fasted cardio and thought about the peanut butter with chocolate protein and vanilla almond milk the whole time. Ate Mexican fajita chicken with rice. Got some stuff done around the house, then went back for a second session.

Day 5 shoulders


Dumbell Military press: capped at 70 pounds for 12 reps
Did cable lateral raises for 4 sets
Cable posterior raises 8 sets
Front dumbell raises with an isometric hold, 20 pounds 8,10,12
Shrugs; capped at 315 for 10 reps. I still do not have lifting straps but I have been aiming to use my hands more anyway. I was up to 545 using straps, I would love to get to that point without straps; we'll see though.


Overall, diet has been on point. Double sessions have been going well. My gym has nice equipment and all of the stuff I need but it seems like older rich people rocking cool gear and flab. Not too many trainers I'd ask for a spot. My last gym was loaded with good bros and the trainers all attended my university. Additionally, one trainer had the hottest blue eyes I ever saw (it was a girl by the way).

I can definitely notice that the GW is giving me more endurance and I'm thinning out way better. I feel like I'll be at my target weight in no time.


Also, i'm considering running tren e and primo with my eq.
 
Day six:
So last night I injected GHR P before I went to bed and I got so hungry I ate a quarter pound of peanut butter. I typically have more disciplined than this with the GHR P but I went insane.

This morning I injected sub queue and I took my GW then I did my fasted cardio. It seems to be going better and better and I have been able to keep my heart rate exactly where I want to keep it in order to burn fat.

As soon as I finished with my fasted cardio I ate some oatmeal with raisins and a lots of cinnamon. I also talk in a few cups of cottage cheese with some grapes and strawberries. I am meeting up with my old football coach later on so I am not sure if I will cheat or not. Right now I am on my way to the gym for my second squat day squat/leg day is a day that I allow some cheating because I need an extra amount of calories because I beat the crap out of my quads.

Later I will take in home made sweet potato fries and a can of tuna after my leg work out a few hours after that I will bring in some chicken. I am only going to bring in approximately three servings of carbohydrates per day. I will alternate between rice peas and sweet potato days.

On a side note, I know that some Brose will run upwards of about 400 mg of Tren E per week. With my current objective of 800 mg of EQ with 600 mg of Primo, I have been considering throwing trend in at 200. To 400 mg.
 
Day six continued:
Okay, so I drove an hour to go to my old gym and work out with a fellow physical education teacher. It and I were training for a physique competition at one point so I wanted to have somebody around and quite frankly I missed working out and Adam Baerman that was loaded with beautiful girls and a lot of weight. I know I am going off on a tangent right now but the bottom line is you really do not know what you have until you lose it. I heard a lot about the gym I currently attend and how it is the greatest place on earth. But now that I am there I just do not see what the heck people were talking about. When I calculated my move, everything was geared towards my career. I still would make the same decision if I had to do it all over again but nonetheless I miss the heck out of my old gym.

So we changed our plans last minute and so we decided to do back. I took my GW as my pre-workout and I did the following:

Deadlifts: five sets starting with one plate on each side working up to three plates on each side
Bent over reverse rows: one plate on each side doing reps of 10, 15, and then 20 reps. We did not take a break between sets other than the other person doing their set.
T bar Rose: we started with two plates then work our way up to four plates we again did not take rest between sets other than the other person going. Our reps were 10 reps for each weight.
Lat pulldown and reverse pulldown row standing: we did supersets of each moving up a plate for each exercise.
Straight arm pulldown superset with cable one arm rows: we did three sets of each and just like every other exercise we did not take a rest in between sets.
Dumbbell shrugs: we did three sets of dumbbell shrugs. I figured I would shock my trap muscles since I did barbell shrugs yesterday
I have to say it was great working out with a partner. I have always been able to motivate myself when working out and I've always had somebody to push me. Whether it be directly or indirectly I've always had some form of motivation. I have had guys who think they're tough stare me down and I love getting satisfaction of watching them perform and exercise and then having the ability to wrap their Macs in whatever given exercise it is the next time I see them. I like having a pretty girl there and I like having people who are well versed in exercise physiology.
 
Im usually not big on workout partners, because it's my time in my own head, but there are a couple hommies it does work with and helpfull hitting prs.

Day 9:

Ok. So myself and a fellow www.evolutionary.org member Cellafit (http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/member.php?3038-Cellafit) worked today then got after it at the gym. We were both pretty tired and then both took a 10mg dose of www.sarms1.com GW. I love working out with my bro because he challenges me. I have friends my own age and they just maintain but running with Cella and always discussing diet, supplements and lifting strategies helps keep me engaged.

So I started off by eating a ton of peanut butter in the a.m. I had some pineapple juice. I ate some pasta and chicken for lunch then a nice sized shake after the gym. I really didn't get to eat the way I normally do because we were busy at work.

Our gym session was an aggressive arms session consisting of:

Closegrip presses
Ez Bar Bicep curls (standing)
Overhead tricep extensions (2 arm dumbbells)
One armed e-z bar preacher curls
Rope pulldown/supinated one-arm tricep pulldown superset
lateral cable curls, concentrations (with a brachioradialis focus), and hammer curls.

All in all everything was successful except my diet. My food is prepped so I have no excuse. I was definitely on point the last few days but have to stay focused.

I haven't jumped on the scale too much because the mirror doesn't lie. I don't look in the mirror often so I get a better idea of how well I'm improving aesthetically, as opposed to quantitatively concerning body weight. I can say that the improvement just in 9 days with the sarms1.com GW-501516 are nasty. I do think that a poor diet will diminish GW's results, naturally. But keeping diet in check and running the g-dubs will yield results that most haven't witnessed while keeping the pumps and size alive. I'm very happy with my results thus far.

Diet was on point. GW is still giving me sick energy. I am looking forward to april because I'll get an opportunity to switch compounds and get a new gym simultaneously.

Today sucked. I took a double dose of a new preworkout and have never had the jitters like this. I seriously felt sick throughout the whole workout. I went to the gym soaked and my heart-rate was +\- 120... It was at 140-150 in between my workouts and it kept me up u til day 13.
 
Yeah... I dont usually take pre workouts for that reason. If anything I do a ECA stack which doesnt seem to bother me so much

Deadlifts: 4 sets
Leg press: 4 sets
Calf raises (seated): 3 sets
Leg extension superset with Lunges: 3 sets
Standing Calf Raises: 4 sets

Honestly, my girlfriend brings up how vascular I was in June and it drives me nuts because I know I need to get back to that. I get a short defeated feeling because I lost single digits in just 2 months and I have been in single digits for years. I look at where I was a few weeks ago and look at my waistline and there's a difference 15 days in. I'm eating disciplined again and I cut the alcohol out for the most part.... Completely very soon. So I think I'm going to throw in the oxandrovar and albuterol soon. Very soon. Maybe MK-2866 too.


Overall, I love the feeling of the GW and like the overall focus.
 
Day 17: chest & cardio

Ok. So I decided to renew my membership at my old gym so I could work out with a few friends. Feels good to work out in a good place again.

Incline press: 70,80,90 pounds
Decline hammer. 180, 230, 270, 360>>>>>shed plates and drop.
Machine press superset with kneeling fly.
5 set fly super set with press. Adjust level of bench: 4,3,2,1,4 (incline setting)
One hour of cardio.
It felt good working out with 2 other guys and pushing it hard. My cardio flew and I wanted to keep going. My chest workout is the best I've had in a few months and I can't wait to keep it going.
The GW is kicking in very hard. I cheated this weekend for valentines day yet I'm still tightening my belt more and more.

Ran some GW and Cialis today. Felt great together. Oxandrovar on the way.

Hit Bis and Tris my chest was devastated from yesterday.
Tricep closegrip: 4 sets
Bicep Curl (barbell): 4 sets
Overhead tricep extension (2 hand with dumbbell): 4 sets
Hammer Curl/one armed barbell curl superset: 2 sets
Cable tricep pushdown superset with bicep curls: 3 sets.

Overall, the day went solid. Worked out with cellafit too. Always nice to have a good bro to lift with. Shoulders tomorrow.

thats a good amount of weight loss.Any idea of the bf % change so far?

I noticed insane energy and kept going and going. I didn't push it 100% toward the end because I didn't want to pull anything but even holding the weight feels a lot less tedious. I'm pumped for chest today. This oxandrovar is no joke.

Deadlift: got 405 up easily.
Superset decline hammer strength and hammer strength lat pulldown
Bent over barbell row and incline dumbbell press

Have massive energy. Ox is some heavy stuff. I'll be recommending this for a while. Did cardio for an hour. 3 hour gym day.

I can feel the pumps coming with the ox pretty good. I love blasting my muscles and pushing myself. Some of the weights are just going higher and higher. I started pinning tren E from Robo so it kicks in just as the ox runs out, the oil is thick and takes forever to pull. The pip is nonexistent. I'm waiting to pin my test ace, yeah you read it right. And I am gonna pin eq and cyp in a few weeks.
 
Sunday

Shoulders again.
Did: military press got up to 80s... Woulda went higher but no spotter
Pec deck posterior deltoid flies lateral raises
cable rear dealt flies
shrugs. Went heavier on shrugs this time was able to get 495 pounds for one rep and just dropped the bar. I find that when I do shrugs more, my deadlifts gets a little better as well because I set the squat guards to the lowest and rest the bar on them this way I have to do a half dead lift to pick the weight up. As stated before my goal is to get My dead as high as possible. I have been feeling a ridiculous amount of heartburn lately and I don't know what it is. I did a shot of this Puerto Rican moonshine on New Year's Eve and for some reason my heartburn has been crazy ever since. If I eat anything spicy my heartburn is obnoxious. But for the month of January the symptoms were sporadic. Lately however they have been almost every day last night my heartburn was terrible and I felt pretty sick the same thing the night before. At the same time I just started dosing Prami and I started my dose higher than I normally start. So now I am going to drop it to 25 µg.


Tread softly but carry a heavy stick.

Flat bench 135 for 20 reps 3x.... Was burnt out at this point.

My acid reflux has subsided since cutting prami. I received my gw today and dosed it (ran out 3 days ago) and felt like I could go forever. Running my oxandrovar and tren. Doses 300 mg of tren yesterday. I haven't noticed any negative sides other than my amber urine which is the dark tren metabolites coming out. No lethargy yet either.
 
Nice numbers, and they keep going up bro. Things are really looking good in here and its only going to get better

Overall had a very good shoulder day. Everything is getting way more solid. Sleep was virtually nonexistent last night though. Dosed my GW today. Was going to throw some albuterol in there but never did cardio. Legs and cardio tomorrow.

Ok. I was off sunday. I slept like garbage saturday into sunday only getting 2 hours of sleep. Came home from work sunday at 4 an slept for 2 hours.... Up for 2.... Slept 2 more... Then stayed up til 230 where I got another 3 hours. I gelt very rejuvenated despite getting a puzzle-pieced 7 hours. I'm 11 days deep into tren e and it feels fire. I can definitely feel the thermic effects of the über-androgens as if saturday. My abdominal region feels hot to the touch it seems. My diet has been on point save for cheating with a burger on friday night. Also, I feel like the 25 micrograms of t3 combined with the gw501516 has helped with the tren sides thus far though enanthate is a long ester so I do not think full effects have set in as we all know how it likes to creep up in you. I'll run gw for another 8 weeks to help combat the tren sides. I feel as though the oxandrovar has given me a noteworthy kickstart; seriously. I still have 14 days to go and I've noticed some very mentionable gains in just 2 weeks time. I know it's a versatile compound but I love it as a kickstarter.

Had intense lower back pumps from my back day this week I'm assuming? Went light on legs. Trying to catch up with my boy cellafit to do some legs as my leg workouts with him are intense.

Diet was on point (Monday). Acid reflux was unbearable during the night though. Woke up a few times and felt like my esophagus was on fire at the bottom. Very uncomfortable. I fell asleep though so that's a plus. When I awoke hit snooze 2x and that's when the sweating started. This robotren feels like it is starting to kick in. I have about weeks worth of injections at this point; 9 more weeks to go. There is no way I am egressing this flight.

This was tuesday. Took wed off. Going hard in the gym and my alpha is starting to go through the roof. The funny thing about tren alpha is that you are simply extremely alpha. I can see how people could get into trouble because the alpha feeling is an acceptable feeling of being alpha male. It is like being drunk off of androgenic alpha. Fortunately I haven't ran into any explosiveness. My job does put me into confrontational circumstances so I have to be mindful of the potential. Fortunately it is not the same type of anger one would experience after having a bad day, then drinking and then having some parasite piss in your cheerios. I feel quite the opposite, even on nights where I get crap sleep, I still feel great. I feel as though there is a switch that can be ticked when it comes to aggression. I only have a few days of oxandrovar so it looks like my plan of kicking with ox is working out perfectly because my tren enanthate is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and kicking in just as my ox is running out. I'm thoroughly enjoying this cycle so far. Over the last 2-3 days I have noticed visual changes daily.
 
Saturday legs
Squats Went up to 315 for 2 reps.
Standing calf burners
Glute ham raises
Ham curls
Leg extensions
Seated calf raises
Got some antacid for the acid reflux and it seems much better now. I just have to make sure I'm eating not only clean, but bland too.
 
Sunday legs. Ok. I did a leg workout again. Same as yesterday but went light on squats and did lower half squats with minimal rest. Slept WAYYYY better than last night. The goal is to eat all of my requirements by 630pm (thanks to my boy JBrankin for the insight).
 
Cardio. Ok. I did cardio and the treadmill said I burned 600 kcals in an hour. I pinned my 1st day if eq and TRT test and pushed my final pin of my fourth week of tren e (8 more to go!). I only have one more day of gk oxandrovar left from n2bm and as stated, it provided great kick for my cycle. I ran 8 mg of www.ag-guys.com albuterol before my workout and dosed t3 and gw today. I wanted to test out stevesmi's theory about running tren as trt solo, though he is definitely not an advocate of running it at 600mg, and it worked. I was nervous about performance the first time so attributed it to the tren but by day 2, I realized it was mental and I had to tone down the aggression. I have kept antacids on hand all day and they've helped neutralize tren acid reflux.

Ha ha the T3 is at a non-suppressive dose, 25 µg, I just use that because of the propensity of tren towards shutting down the thyroid gland.
 
Okay, today we were set upon doing chest and biceps but we just stuck to Jeff. We hit incline barbell press, flat barbell press, incline dumbbell press, a very steep incline smith machine press, wide grip barbell press a decline and incline fly superset. I can honestly say that I experienced my first robe of trend rage today. I have only experienced rage one other time and it was from Trent Ace and it was an extremely bad day. Today somebody was smoking at my gym and we are a non-smoking campus. There are obviously things that we see at our gym where we feel compelled to say something but sometimes you have to take the high road and be a nice person. Today I simply informed a young man that he was smoking on a smoke free campus and he got all Toff on me so I actually exploded on him and called him a dirt bag and the director of the gym went and talked to the guy and told him he wasn't welcome back to the gym. Granted the director knows me pretty well and we have a good rapport but I am typically nonconfrontational so this definitely the Lord's me. Again, it is it like I get angry it's just I get Alpha.

Today was my last day of running oxandrovar so for the next few weeks I will be running trenbolone, EQ, and a TRT dose of testosterone. I have eight weeks left of my trend and I will beside whether or not I want to close this cycle out with Winstrol or Halo.
I brought in a gallon of water today got all of my protein vegetables and fruits in and I am running low carbs until I get my body fat where it needs to be for me to be happy.
 
L chest and cardio. Ok my sleep has been utter crap the last few days. I should have definitely followed SD's log closer and kept my tren lower. 600mg was a terrible idea in hindsight. I an going to drop it to 300. I have a few pins preloaded so I will make fresh pins with zero tren and just eq and test. I think 300 will still yield results. I finally got a good night sleep tonight for a few minutes and I awoke and threw up like a machine. Todays workout had some pluses but I didn't get much food in me. One thing about tren is it definitely helps suppress the appetite. I may throw ghrp-2 in to assist with sleep.

Shoulders and back.
I did shoulders back and quick cardio and the workout was not impressive; nor was my sleep. I am going to start dosing a small amount of ghrp-2 in order to get some real sleep. My prami is at full blast too. Last night I puked my guts up at 11pm. It actually felt pretty good but what bothers me is that my last meal was at 3pm. Kind of weird there was still food left over at that time. I swore I was going to cut my tren dose last night. I'm hoping my body makes some adjustment to it. I doubt I'll ever run it again. Next november and december I'll bulk with high test and then I'll sarm it up as a bridge into my april cut with primo eq and mast.
 
What about getting some liquid dostinex or some real dostinex. Has to be worth the effort rather than puking at night

I don't think it's the prami. I felt like I was gonna puke before prami. I actually like prami believe it or not. I'm in the minority. This is my 4th time with prami.

Thanks bro. I taper real low. I seriously run like a drop initially. I've seem guys recommend starting at 250mg. That is way to strong for initial prami dose.
 
March 27 arms. All exercises were supersetted and were done with 30 second breaks.

Close grip press/ez bar curls wide grip
One hand Overhead tricep extension (one armed dumbbell)/one armed ez bar preacher curl
Two hand dumbbell overhead tricep extension/close grip dumbbell curls
Lateral cable bicep curls/cable pushdowns

20 min cardio. I didn't take any t3 or gw prior to exercise and took both ghrp-2, prami and melanotan 2 prior to sleep. I slept like a baby. I also refed carbs today as I went 3 days with 100 carbs.
 
Saturday cardio and abs
Did one hour of cardio and burned approximately 600 calories. Did a few lower ab exercises and some decline sit-ups. In vacation and all I travelled with is my n2guard and my saffron extract. Slept unbelievably again last night too.

Ok. Did arms in high volume and some ab work. Dosed:s4, proviron, t3, 1.0mg letro, gw. Took a snap shot, lighting is crap but abs are starting to come in slightly. Have a lot of work to do. Cardio for the rest of this month.

I think by taking too much I set myself back a lot more than I anticipated. the good thing is that I am not as bloated as I was initially but the bad thing is that I lost some size and I lost some strength. I know it is rare people say that with ttren but I just got so sick at a few points that it was useless. Today for example I ate a lot of food at one shot and I was driving and I felt like I was going to throw up. When I have eaten on EQ in a similar manner I have felt hungry with in a half hour of eating. Yet when I am dosing EQ I still shred because I do so much cardio. I have one more bottle of train left and I have no use for it. I know it is good to go because I initially exploded but like I said I just got two sick for too long. It's seriously affected other areas of my life and I even had to call out from work.

sounds like you got the tren flu.It goes away for alot of people after a week for 2.Some people cant handle it.People react differently to it.
 
But going in headfirst 600 mg on my second tren run, first time on enanthate, was a very terrible irresponsible decision

Danny... I hope you start to feel better bro. Im constantly reading horror stories of tren. I think I'll go the Ace route next summer at a low dose.
