For those who are going natural at the moment, take a sec and state your stats.

I am curious to see how good some of you are doing on only a good diet and hard training with proper rest.

FYI, if you are off-cycle, you are not considered natural anymore.
I know some think that being off means being natural.

I have all 100% natural human hormones in my body, their levels just may be a little (or a lot) higher than some
 
I'm natural for the time being if that counts. I just lurk until I get some more info as to what to do. I'm not even that strong for a natural athlete, I think maybe my test levels are low...good idea for a diff thread maybe.
 
im natural but really young so i dont know if my post will be useful to you haha. anyways around three weeks ago i just started as i am now im starting to reserach into steroids so in like 2 years or so i can start a cycle, all my posts now are from training and diet board, newayz heres my stats currently just got done cutting

age: 18
height: 5'6"
weight: 170 bf% around 10
bench: 280
deadlift: 420
squat: 320 (i was dumb and didnt lift legs for the first year and half that i started lifting)
 
Bro, Been BB for about 3.5 years.. Extremely hard core for the past 2.5. Took a year of learning for the conversion of high school football to convert to this side.

BF: 6.5-7%

In those three and half years I had a huge ego problem w/ being lean so I have only done 1 serious bulking cycle. I gained a huge amount of weight for being natural and will start my next one soon. I have AS and have considered using it but bro's on here along w/ myself have helped me to realize I have much much more potential w/ my naturalness before I should/have to convert to the darkside. Also, I am in the process of cutting.

I am natty, I have been lifting for 5-6 years. I am 22, at 6'2, 208, with 5.7% BF. Thinking about taking the leap, but I think I will wait a while. I have had a lot of people tell me I have great genetics. I have 17' arms at that height and weight, which is kind of strange. My chest does give me problems though. Hell everybody already thinks I am juicing, if/when I do I will be sure to show them the difference. Everybody says I look a lot heavier, I think it's due to the low BF. Peace!
 
Im sorry but i just dont believe that some of u lift that naturall..........expesially at suc a young age. I work out with some guys that have been in the game for a lot longer than anyone who posted their ridiculous stats and mot of them arent benching or deadlifting that when they're all gassed up.

Sorry that you feel such a way. I have been lifting for over 9 years.. Been BB for the past 3.5 so I guess I had a good base but if you feel like that I understand.. Post your stats!

Wow..feeling pertty small over here. Im completely natural and have never done a cycle in my life (working on fixing that though). Im currently 5'7 and wiegh about 160 lbs with about 6-8% bf. Been lifting for about 3 years or so, but just got real serious about a year ago. Gained 30 lbs. over the last year, just eating, sleeping, and training like a motherfucker. Figured it was useless to juice if I hadnt hit my genetic potential naturally.

having been a natural competitive bodybuilder for close to twenty years, I have never seen so many that could lift so much at bodyfats of 5-8%. What, have the changed the way they measure this. Believe me, I was the guy in the gym that everyone wanted to train them and outside of contest prep my BF hung around 9-10%.

I am having trouble believing many of these claims on stats.
 
I am not a virgin but it has been a while since i last juiced (better part of a year), but I am starting a cycle in a week from now.

I have put on 7 pounds this month (incredible for no juice), and my strength is going through the roof. I am blaming a lot of this on my new training program, and paying more attention to my diet. I always try to max out as much as I can before starting a cycle. Because of my progress this last month, I almost want to push back my cycle another few months, but its kinda too late for that now.

I weight 214 right now. I am finding out what my max lifts are this week before starting so that I can compare it to after cycle. I will let you know what they are when I find out. Yes, also my lifts dont seem to be as high as some of yours. I will also be testing my body fat this week, but I am guessing that I am around 13% right now.

SOunds like you got your shit together Sleek.

Dont want to sound like a "pusher", but you would be the perfect type to benefit from a nice mild cycle to compliment your training. All those years of trainig natural should give you a nice base. I always find the better base physique you have, the better a cycle is for you, and the easier it is for you to keep your gains. Either way, keep up the hard work.
