i made a batch last night after some steak and brown rice... and was in a rush and didn't want to put them in the fridge for 30 minutes so i cheated and put them in the freezer instead for 5 minutes. worked out beautifully.

I've made the choc-banana and the peanut butters, both batches GONE! Now, the last ones up, Sour Apple! It will be my first time trying them, I am excited. Mmmmmmm
