I think I tried it once. (I swear I've tried EVERYTHING at least once.) I dont' recall if it actually did anything. I'd say with the exception of ECA, r-ALA, MSM / Glucosamine, and maybe a few other things, I woudl almost bet that I get results more mentally when I take some supplement that claims to do something because I'm so aware of why I'm taking it. If I'm focusing on that, then the cravings just dont' bother me. To me that just tells me that I get cravings when I have nothing else to occupy my mind. LOL!
