i woulnt look to much into the whole ecto, meso, endo thing. there is still a lot of variables. i would take what you are doing now and just make small adjustments at a time to see what happens. there are a billion claims out there about what you need to eat but they are all nothing more that a rough estimate of a start point. if what you are doing now is at least somewhat working for you then you are ahead of any laid out diet plan. just up 1 macro by maybe 10-15% and see what it does then lower it back an up another. then up a combo of 2 and so on.
