in my opinion,from what you have stated we can't give you an accurate answer.nevertheless,if you can hold approx 2 small handfulls,i would say that your skinfold at the ab region is approx 15-20 mm...you need to get down to 7-8mm to clearly see your abs.hope this helps in some way...

ps:for an accurate bf%,you should have someone check you out w/ approx 11 sites...fyi
