Growing traps around neck pain

My neck is proper hurting at the moment but I’m in the process of trying to grow my traps tremendously. Any advice on how to relieve nerve pain?

Give it some rest. Getting big is a marathon not a sprint. If you keeping pounding away while injured, you'll end up taking more steps back.

nerve pain is not something you want to push and likely is caused by herniated discs.

you need to invest in an inversion table and go to some hot yoga for a month or two .. lay off the weights
