depends on purpose, for fat loss reccomend around 1000mg, though some goes as high as 2000mg of EGCG per day, though you can use less.

do some research before you pick a tea, a lot of them are so processed that they have low amounts of polys.

for example lipton green tea has bout 60mg of EGCG per cup
