Lastly my bench prior to doing a few diets was 405lbs for 3rps at 220lb. Squat 315lb for 12, deadlift 495 for 1rp, now I'm at 240lbs and can't bench 365 for 3. Maybe 2 on a good day lol. I think i screwed something up. Even my strength curve changed I have to work harder for less results
