Greek yogurt

I don't really eat it, but my gf, who is huge into powerlifting training swears by it.

I don't but I do eat a similar product called quark. I also like cottage cheese a lot. Good protein sources and what's even better, low in calories.

check the ingredients

100% of yogurt in the supermarket has sugar or artificial sweeteners or people wouldn't buy them cause we can't have yogurt tasting like yogurt, it has to taste like a milkshake.

you have to go to a health food store and find unpasturized and unsweetened PLAIN yogurt

and no i don't consume yogurt regularly if that is what you are asking. some European cheese on occasion is all the dairy i mess with

Pretty much every night before bed I’ll have around 200g of unsweetened Greek yogurt with 30g of casein protein mixed in. Then throw 150g of mixed berries. Bloody gorgeous. Extra almonds if you need extra calories.

I don't know how is it in US but here you can find plain yogurt in every single grocery store you step in to.

I have a good bmi with 67 kg, small dude. I know how to make muscles with my core and beautiful result on my back. I want bigger arms, so I increased my number of dumbells and their weight. I did weighted pull-ups with 45 + 35. That hurts much more my shoulders. However I don’t know if I will be fat cause after training at 10 pm, I drink a milk bag, 1 L and 320g of yogurt in cups. I like yogurt and nuts cause low fat and then nut are good to train my fingers.

Going back to this thread to say that I have a newfound love for Greek yogurt. Don't know why but creating it on my own makes it taste better for me. If you have the time and some money to spend, I recommend it. Takes time to learn but you end up saving in the long run, at least according to this. Servings are good for more than a single person, but you can keep it refrigerated if it's just you.
