I chop up fruit and put in it. Apple's, bananas and blueberry's. Also throw some almonds in it. Sometimes I will even mix a scoop of protein powder in it.
I get non-fat Chobani with real fruit in it...they literally have like 20 flavors. There's a little sugar in it, but whatever...love the Apple Cinnamon...
But yeah, I tried the Plain version, and I was gagging on that shit lol! But if you get plain, do like the guys said and throw some fruit and protein in it.
