Got my ass kicked...TWICE

Just remember also that theres no weight classes in real life........so even in MMA, you might kill fools at your 190 weight class, but I would bet my bottom dollar that the crapiest 250 pounder could take you down with some effort. So pick your battles.

that happened to me. I was around 180 and this guy was 240 wanted to beat my ass. because i fucked his girl before Ieven knew him! haha anyway I went to my nephews hs basketball game and the guy was outside there, he got in my face, didnt punch me but started goin at it. He didnt hit me in the face but i got out of everything he tried to do

I'd consider myself lucky if I were you, 240 on an untrained 180 can do some serious damage. But props for sure on squirming out of whatever he wanted to do to you

Not me, I do not give a squat what weight one is, you pick on me(which NEVER happens) you get your butt handed to you....

you see the main problem is,with most people they fight to stiff to tighten up,thats a first bad thing then u dont have no agility, second thing is no matter how good you are you will get hit so just have to block the pain out your head,3 thing is when your fighting there are no rules as to code of conduct,i dont fight for fun i use to fight to live

So long story short I had a BBQ party I ended up boxing 2 different people. The first person I boxed had about 30 pounds on me and about 4 inches. The second person had about 70 pounds but the same height. It seems my problem is that when I get hit I back up I dont keep going at it. And it seems like I close my eyes. Are these known problems?

Maybe you should stop causing trouble and drinking all the time.

It doesn't matter how good of a fighter you are in someone choses to stab you in the stomach. It happens a lot faster than you might think and you usually don't have enough time to defend yourself.

My suggestion, get a girlfriend and start going to the movies or something.

These were organized fights with boxing gloves not street fights. He was in no danger of being stabbed.

But besides that I'd agree. I'm trained in jiu jitsu and muy thai and people always ask me what I'd do if they came at me.......

I always respond "I'd stab you in the gut." And thats the end of that.

Pretty commom with no fundamentals and condition training. Most people that have no striking training often flinch, look down while throwing punches, swing wild, bad timing, no endurance, and aren't use to getting hit usually fall apart badly when offense is brought back. Simply most people can't handle pressure and resistence toward them. One has to have the knowledge, be comfortable, and relaxed when violence comes your way. You have to accept when you engage in violence it will come your way too. Live by the gun, die by the gun.
