I probably have got that wrong!
My last course consisted of: nolvadex daily, alternate shots of deca and primo every four days, 1ml shots I think! not sure on brands of yet, hubby has the boxs, and will post tomorrow! the results where good, good muscle gain (right amount) but could of trained harder! no stubble or willy forming.. lol
Never had anavar, just read alot on this site and others! Hubby has dealt with it, so will find out brand! Is the dosage of anavar okay? The deca is also in Injectable. So totally ignore my last dosage`s quote on first thread!

I have used deca & primo twice b4.. the courses lasted about 8 weeks! but ive never used them on there own!

Any opinions about privorion? Is the 3 stack a bad idea then @ low dose, just a two stack?

"Me & Hubby own a gym in the UK (silversgym.co.uk) he has been training 18 years, ive been training for 3, not as hard as im doing now though! we have never competed, this year though we both want too. Im 23 he is 35.

Im going to start a course of steds on 28th Feb: Deca & Primobolan alternate 1ml shot every four days! wondering if adding anavar would be okay. Done loads of reading, any extra info? any advice on how long the course should run for?

:chomp: My diet (which started fully 2 wks ago) consists of meals every 2-3 hours, Protein shake & porridge. Chicken breast, brown rice & small bag of Veg, splash of chilli sauce. Tuna & wholemeal pasta or potatos. Prawn salads. Cod, mash & veg. Egg whites on malted wheat bread or omellettes (5 egg whites, 1 egg yolk), steak @ the weekends! protein shake during night! and shit loads of water!!

I train (past 2 weeks) 6 times a week, working on each bodypart + doing yoga! Need advice on Cardio, as i dont want to use muscle im building! i have been doing Spin classes and i do boxing twice a week at my gym! i do need to get rid of fat, as my past lifestyle robbed alot of muscle!!
Any advice on anything would be tops!! Watch this space!! ;)
 
OK I think we're all confused here because you have at least 2 other threads that state about the same information as above:

First, welcome to the boards -- great information here. My only questin about the hubby is does he have any experience with building cycles for women, e.g. in competition. No offense to him, but you can absolutely NOT expect women's cycles to be like mens. YOU are the one who has to deal w/ the results AND the sides so it is dropdown dead critical that YOU research what you are putting into your body before you start doing it. Don't rely on stuff just because he says it works for him. Forgive me if I am suggesting irresponsibility on his part --- I don't know anything about his experience here. But based on what you are saying, I'm totally confused as to why are you are stacking these cycles and then asking the questions that you are. I dont' know the full context of your own knowledge & experience but I'm going to err on the conservative side and assume the minimum.

With any newbies usually the first thing we ask for is stats (including bodyfat because weight is sort of irrelevant if you don't know how much is fat & how much is muscle), your daily menu with portion size & times you eat. I suggest putting your meal plan into a food counts app such as FITDAY.COM. Many of us use it to track our own consumption so we know total cals for the day as well as macronutrient breakdown -- fats / carbs / proteins. Your meals look good but I don't know the portions or what's the total breakdown.

And finally list your training split and how long you've been consistently training. Above you say 2 weeks so I dont' know what you did before that or if you are just getting back into it.

General comments on the stack -- what were your results w/ each of the deca & var individually? Bloat, acne, other sides (esp from the deca), gains and have you been able to maintain the gains? What have you been able to achieve w/o the cycles. Especially for women drugs shouldn't be a quick route to your goals.

Personally I wouldn't be stacking the stuff that you are stacking and at the doses youare stacking, as you can probably achieve very nice gains on a single AAS such as primo or var. Have you had blood work done or gotten any baseline testing done w/ a doc? Deca, unless you are competing and are experienced in using it, I just don't see the point of women taking it. Proviron --- PLEASE dont' add this to the stack. Proviron is very androgenic and even in competition is not recommended for use above 25 mg / day and for absolutely no longer than 4 weeks at the absolute max. This is essentially a hardening AAS that will get you to look a certain way on competition day and not to maintain a certain look for extended periods of time.

I'd say before we start delving into any sort of hardcore stacking, let's take a look at your diet, training & cardio because these are easy to optimize and don't produce sides.
 
I'll add my advice from the other thread ..... in a nutshell ..... this is what I said ....

No reason to stack. Esp those drugs - and now you were thinking of adding Proviron? Holy cow.

Deca is too long acting for a female - even if you didn't get sides when you ran Deca before, you are thinking of adding a SERIOUS amount of androgens in your body. Stacking - esp stacking 3-4 things - is to be left for serious conpetitors ONLY.

Your goal is to be a fitness model. You do NOT need this many drugs to be a fitness model. CLEAN dieting and SERIOUS training can get you there - and maybe, MAYBE, a cycle of Var.

I can't comment on the Var dose, you never stated one. You just said "1 pill 2x a day" - what is the dose of each pill??

It sounds to me like you are letting your Hubby do all the planning - you don't even know doses or brands .... this is very very dangerous. This is your body, YOU NEED TO DO ALL THE PLANNING. You MUST be 100% aware of every little thing that goes in your body - brand, dose, amount, etc.

No offense to the Hubby, because I am sure he means well and is very knowledgeable about planning cycles for MEN ........ BUT, planning a cycle for a female is a WHOLE different animal. WOmen do NOT have room for error. One slight slip, and you will be suffering for life.
