Did them tonight, for like ... the 5th time ever? 6th maybe? I don't know. Anywho, I never did anything above 155 for 1. Guess I was afraid of hurting my back with poor form (it's happened before. Not with GMs though). Anyway, I worked my way up to 165, did 7 reps, rested for 20-30 secs, did 4 more. Felt amazing on my lower back.
Not great weight, but hey, it's progress. Soon I'll be doing 300-400-500 like you Westsiders!!
