What do you guys like for chest? I am looking for some good workouts to gain size/strength and increase my bench press. I was thinking about doing 5x5 flat bench press for a few months, anyone know if that will be enough? I usually do flat bench press, incline bench press, cables, dumbells, decline machine, or wide grip of about 3 sets 12-8 reps. Not all in the same day though.
