I am on a military deployment in MACEDONIA and I came up with this workout routine that I have been doing since january of this year. MONDAY :CHEST/TRICEPS TUES:BACK/BICEPS WED:SHOULDERS/CARDIO THURSDAY:REST FRI:LEGS I continue the cycle and rest after every 3 workouts.I run 3 miles 2x a week and eat as healthy as I can. I have seen tremendous gains but my legs are hard gainers for me but I will not give up on them.I am 36 years old and am very athletic but I want some of you to critique my program so I can fine tune it to get the maximum benefits.
