good supps for 15 year old

Whey Protien to build muscle, Glutamine to heal muscle, Creatine to gain faster and retain water, flax to stay fit, multi vitamins to stay healthy. Thats pretty much all you need. I suggest prolab's creatine and glutamine - they are german so they make some good stuff. Udo's Flax is good. Buy any cheap mutli vitamin, they are all the same. Protien your gonna have to decide by yourself (some have sweetners, some have high sugar, some taste like shit, some taste great, some aren't whey, etc)

Also - LOTS of GOOD high protien food - if there is only one thing you take, this would be it.

flax is an oil of omega3 fats. Its extremely healthy for you.

I take 20g of creatine and glutamine (5 in the morning, 10 after workout, 5 at night). 2 mutlivitamin (1 in the morning 1 after workout). 2tbs of flax (1 in the morning 1 after workout). And I drink about 5 servings of protien mix throughout the day. This may be too much for you though.

Here are the protien powders I think are good, everyone has different opinions on them:
Prolab Isolate, AST Research VP2, Designer, IsoPure,
 
Just go with the cheapest pure whey protein you can find 5lbs from optimum, prolab, etc are good and take like 2 scoops post workout. Just get the rest from your food.
 
want to know a good supp to take? Buy a 6lb bag of chicken breasts and a whole brisket and make sure to finish the two off in less than two weeks.
 
I basically agree with these guys however i will warn u strongly watch that whatever u buy does not contain hormones. Taking hormones at ur age is dangerous to ur health.
 
protein, creatine with glutamine and DEFENITELY a multi-vitamin... Like said before nothing hormone related... Just eat a really healthy, high protein diet and with some hard work and dedication, you will be the biggest bro in your high-school

EAS phosphagen, not flavored, is a good one... plain creatine monohydrate.. 1400g for 27 bucks.... Also this site, MQ, sells a good creatine supp called volumex...

first off how long have you been lifting? I think the best supp that you can take is creatine. use EAS Phosphagen HP its some good shit! Its the best creatine i think because it has Carbs, if i'm not mistaken the simple carbs (sugar) in phosphagen HP will increase creatine absorbtion. Also its easy because you dont need to mix it with anything just put water in and out you get fruit punch of watever.

Ofcorse u gota eat a fucking shit load of protein. Its hard, but get a bulk container. if you can buy online do so, its hella cheaper. If you can't then i guess u gota find a GNC (gasp):mad:

dont bother with pro-hormones for a while
 
Zinc. Any will do, but I don't think you can beat ZMA.

Especially during puberty it will increase testosterone and penis size. (The latter though only during puberty of course. If you care to read the details do a search on PubMed.)
 
Food and lots of it dont waist your time and money with sups. As long as you do core lifts and eat a ton you'll grow like a weed at your age.
 
I am 15 and I take or have taken, Fuzu, Creatine , Glutamine, Flaxseedoil, Bcaas, Zma, and ECA stack. I recommend taking only creatine and glutamine along with a good protein source and a lot of food.

HP isnt the best for the simple reason that you have to take so much of it to get the proper amount of creatine (5g)... EAS Phosphagen creatine monohydrate is the best. You can mix it with juice or whatever (juice better because of carbs) all those creatines that require you to take a huge amount of the powder and only get a small amount of creatine are no good for the amount you pay... Stick with plain creatine monohydrate mixed with grape or orange juice pack much more bang for the buck that those flavored creatine powders...
