Hi Becky,
yes i think we all have a problem getting the time to eat enough. That is why drinking your calories helps so much.
As for a routine, go to the "help a scrawny chick" thread. Spatts suggested a nice 4 day rotation there. No need for me to say all that again.
Sorry i do not know ISO PURE and cannot say about that. I think anything with a lot of simple sugars however will cause a big jump of insulin and soon make you feel tired, which is certainly not good for a workout. Ultra Fuel is 100 grams of mostly complex carbs and is great to drink before a workout. 400 calories and tasty too. GNC has it.
The Tribex is to be 4 capsules ED, two in the morning on empty stomach and two in the evening, before your meal. This will last 5 weeks.
Metrx is a great MR, but Pricey! If you can afford it great. If not try EAS protein. It is inexpensive and good quality. You can add Flax oil, or yogurt or anything else you like to it to increase the calories.
No i do not have my diet written anymore. It has been years that i have it memorized. I think that 2500-2700 a day for such a small women as you would probably be enough to gain, unless your activity level is VERY high. so try 5 meals at 500 calories. 30 grams of protein at each meal is 120 calories, and leaves about 400 more. Try about 50 grams of carbs and maybe 10 grams of fat at each meal if you can. meals you dont have time for, drink them. Never go more than 3 hours without a meal!
After you gain maybe 5 pounds of muscle you will need to raise your calories about 300-400 more ED to keep gaining.
