Interesting to see a lot of endurance work in the training program. It's easy to forget that these guys need a lot of endurance and stamina to get through the events, its not just strength.

exactly. it's not just being strong and picking up large heavy objects - these men/women are true athletes with great conditioning and strength. I think that is what draws me to strongman training.
