good diet v. bad diet on cycle

Just wondering how much it effected your results. For me the results are way way better when my diet is right on. I still get gains when my diet isn't as good, but when my diet is on it is almost like raising the dose of what I'm taking.
 
my first cycle i made ok gains off of the eat everything in site diet but i make much better gains with each improvement in my diet.

i look at it as wasting your money. poor diet usually equals poor results. would u pay $50,000 expecting a porsche but accept a ford escort? then y not get your money's worth?
 
i think this is just a good point for the newbs reading this thread.
 
i would suspect that not many are plat and do searches or if they r search for diet right away.

Not to jack but I upped my clean cals and have put on about 8lbs naturally....ya i eat the same shit everyday but everything has gone up in the gym weight wise...in just a few weeks maybe 3-4 everything is growing my arms chest shoulders and back....the toughest part is not being as cut, but I know once i hit it in a month im gonna shred it off...I guess I just wish I wasnt cardio lazy lol........getting back to the point of the thread, ya I ate anything and everything last test/eq cycle...i think there is something in e.q that fucks with your judgement of what to eat lol...yes I made gains but like 8and20 said when your diets in check your gonna say much better results..

I've heard of other guys getting cravings while on EQ, I just got plain hungry.
Believe it or not TRen gives me really fucking weird cravings. I think it raises progestins in your body similar to how a pregnant women experiences, or a woman on birth control. Controlling those female hormones seems to help me with the cravings. I would want some really weird shit I usually don't eat.
