Not to jack but I upped my clean cals and have put on about 8lbs naturally....ya i eat the same shit everyday but everything has gone up in the gym weight wise...in just a few weeks maybe 3-4 everything is growing my arms chest shoulders and back....the toughest part is not being as cut, but I know once i hit it in a month im gonna shred it off...I guess I just wish I wasnt cardio lazy lol........getting back to the point of the thread, ya I ate anything and everything last test/eq cycle...i think there is something in e.q that fucks with your judgement of what to eat lol...yes I made gains but like 8and20 said when your diets in check your gonna say much better results..
