Good cookies vs. Oatmeal

Hi guys,
here I have Multi-Grain Ryvitas:
333 kcal
11gr prot
58.6gr carbos (2gr sugar)
6gr fat (0.9gr saturated)

and, on the other hand, I have this oats:
380 kcal
9.6gr prot
74.1gr carbos (2.3 sugar - the rest is starch)
5gr fat (1.6 saturated)

I don't hate oats, but I prefere the Ryvita.
What do you think?
Is difficult to have more than 1/2 cup of oats per day, it fills me too much and I don't have space for the rest of the food !!! :worried:

I eat my oats raw. I go through 3 cups or more in a day, usually. When you cook 'em, the volume nearly doubles, so it's harder to get down. I just swish it with water and swallow.

Are you looking to bodybuild or powerlift or follow any of your goals as a career? Or is it just a hobby? If you answer the latter, then give yourself a break and use the other stuff. The quality doesn't seem that much different from oats. Obviously oats would be the healthier choice, but don't stress over all the small stuff.

I just want to BB as a hobby.
I get my oats raw mixed with cottage but I is difficult to have more than a cup per day, too much volume fills me up.
I will have both, the cookies and the oats.
