Hi guys,
here I have Multi-Grain Ryvitas:
333 kcal
11gr prot
58.6gr carbos (2gr sugar)
6gr fat (0.9gr saturated)
and, on the other hand, I have this oats:
380 kcal
9.6gr prot
74.1gr carbos (2.3 sugar - the rest is starch)
5gr fat (1.6 saturated)
I don't hate oats, but I prefere the Ryvita.
What do you think?
Is difficult to have more than 1/2 cup of oats per day, it fills me too much and I don't have space for the rest of the food !!!
