Good Cheap Bulking foods?

I need some suggestions of good (nutrition wise) foods to buy for bulking, and foods I can buy in bulk ;) Hopefully they wont break the bank either.

My favorite bulking foods are eggs, eye of round roast and potatoes. Eggs are great because you can hard boil them and easily scoff 4 or 5, yolk optional, on your coffee break or whatever. Eye of round is the cheapest edible(IMO) roast available and is fairly low fat for beef. It yeilds like 50 grams of protein per 8 oz serving so the average 5-6 pound roast is good for 500-600 of protein. Potatoes are potatoes, great microwaved of baked, add a little cheese for flavour now and then.

Stick with the basics. Eggs, chicken, tuna, cod. Clean food. You want to bulk but not gain too much useless body fat.

I have found that increasing the amount of calories above and beyound what I normally take in while keeping my protein intake high makes a huge difference when gaining. I don't really change much I just increase intake.

That natural peanut butter isn't bad either. Food is just too damn expensive bro. If you wanna bulk fast and aren't worried about fat increase the complex carbs.

good and cheap which i always rely on:

i can get 3lb super lean beef already packaged: $8-$9
*make 12 - 1/4lb burgers which i wrap and put in the freezer. thats approx 25g protein per burger. and if you get sick of those you can use the meat to make sloppy joes, taco meat, etc. (the packages or cans for the mix are about $1)

some other favs:
eggs
potatoes
rice

penut butter like 5bucks for a big jar, and thats over 4000cals

How do you cook your roasts?

I cook them in the oven at 350. Just pour a cup of water in the pan, cover and bake. How long depends on how big a roast but figure 3/4 of an hour to an 1 and 1/2 hours. You can get a meat thermameteur(sp) at the grocery store for a couple of bucks.
If you want to add extra flavour you can sear it in a fry pan on all sides before baking or use beer instead of water in the pan.

My bulking shopping list consists of:

Eggs

Green Peas
Corn
Onions
Garlic
Olive Oil
Canola Oil
Wheat Germ

All Natural Peanut Butter
