good breakfast meat...?

i need to come up with some kind of breakfast meat to go with my eggs...

i'm aiming for no carbs at this meal (#3), and am tiring of eating lean ground beef all the time... something with any good fats...? or are they all shit...?

bacon, sausage...? any out there, that wouldn't be too bad...?

Real Turkey - Lean steak burgers - Turkey sausage all mixed with eggs or in a wrap or on wheat loaded with ketchup....

I always go with Foster's ground turkey breast. Its 6 bucks for about 1.5 pounds. You can also get the Foster's plain ground turkey which costs 4 bucks for the same amount if you want a little more flavor but of course a little more fat than the breast. I live off this shit...

I have tried some turkey breakfast links before, and they taste pretty good. Not real bad for you, 14 gs of protein per 2 links, if I remember correctly.

I've been eating tuna with scrambled eggs for the past 2 months.

It might sound sick, but it actually tastes good.

you can add cooked chicken breast and scramble it all up, add some fat free cheese and top it off with salsa. taste very good!!

Reminds me of my tuna chilli idea....yuck.

Hey bro I just grabbed a package out of my fridge of Foster Farm's ground turkey. Here is the info:

Serving Size 4oz
Servings per container 5

Nutrition information per serving

Total Fat 7g
Sat Fat 2g
Chol 65mg
Sodium 80mg
Carbs 0g
Protein 22g

I personally love the taste of ground turkey over beef. Also in the mornings, time is of the essence and ground turkey cooks amazingly fast. I like to mix it in with some egg whites.
